Concept creation

Brand positioning, category choice, target audience, price architecture. We pressure-test the concept against the market before a single drop is formulated. Output: a concept brief that drives every downstream decision.

◦ Stage 02 · Formulation

Beverage formulation

Lab work. Ingredient sourcing, flavor profiling, sensory panels, stability testing, shelf-life validation. Multiple iterations until the sample matches the concept — not just "close enough."

◦ Stage 03 · Brand & Label

Branding and label

Visual identity, bottle design, label artwork, typography system, packaging architecture. The story on the shelf has to match the liquid inside. We design both in lockstep.

◦ Stage 04 · Production

Production

Manufacturing partners selected for category, volume, geography. Quality control at batch level. Regulatory compliance — excise, labeling, organic and fair-trade certifications where relevant.

◦ Stage 05 · Launch

Market launch

Channel strategy, distribution, launch assets. We set the brand up for its first 12 months on the market — and hand over a playbook that scales beyond that.

Drunk Labs is a creative experimentation space for new beverage ideas. The lab doesn't just manufacture — it invents.

Where new categories are born.

Low-and-no spirits. Functional wines. Adaptogenic RTDs. Botanical sodas. Many of the categories that define beverage today didn't exist a decade ago — and the next ones are being prototyped in labs right now.

We run experimental development tracks in parallel to brand work: testing formulations, flavors and formats that clients can adopt when the science is ready. The lab is always a year ahead of the shelf.
